It started with the development of a toilet roll holder that held 3 and 5 rolls of toilet paper and solved the problems of toilet paper theft and frequent refills… not to mention reducing the risk of running out of paper!
We’re also known for a number of other innovations like the Serra®Fil™ soap dispenser that doesn’t leak. This international favourite became known in South Africa as “die seepie houer met die pompie bo” and was so durable that it was even used in tough environments.
Today, the top Architects, Interior Designers and Facilities specialists all come to us for bespoke solutions.

Today, Serra® washroom products are so widely used that independent market surveys indicate Serra® branded products to be the product of choice in 7 out of 10 “A” Grade Buildings.
As part of our vision, we branched out and added Serra®MAT™ and Serra® Flooring Solutions providing architects and building managers with commercial mats and flooring.
Serra® Services is the only company in the washroom industry to be both ISO and Proudly South African accredited.
